Jessica Williams

Ms. Jessica Williams transitioned on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at Presence Mercy Hospital in Aurora, IL, after a five-and-a-half year battle with brain cancer. Jessica was born on May 25, 1986 to Sarah Williams and the late Jessie Falkner. Jessica was the youngest of several siblings, all of whom she loved dearly. Jessica enjoyed spending time with her mother and daughters; Jazmine, Jamyah and Laylah. In addition to spending time with them Jessica would begin each day with a good morning text to her nieces; Sharon, Nicole, Jasmine and Lisa. These texts would continue throughout the day.

Prior to becoming sick Jessica enjoyed working and spending time with family and friends. It was during this time that she met the love of her life, Lester Grayson. On November 3, 2012 the two got engaged and began a beautiful life together.

Jessica leaves to cherish her loving memories her mother: Sarah Falkner. Her fiancee: Lester Grayson. Three daughters: Jazmine, Jamyah and Laylah. Seven brothers: Benny, Anthony, Jessie Lee (Vanessa), Melvin (Delores), Michael (Geraldine), Kalvin and Terry. Two sisters: Jerlene and Janice. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.

Jessica was preceded in death by her father: Jessie Falkner. Brothers: Jarvis, Maine and David. Uncles: James, Darryl Lee and Henry and by her aunt: Maggie Pearl.
