Vitality South, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://newobits.com/ website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) and the NewObits.com’s Loyalty SMS/MMS mobile messaging program and service (hereinafter referred to as the “Shortcode”) and operates the brand names NewObits.com.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service or Shortcode and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service and Shortcode. By using the Service or Shortcode, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.     Shortcode is the NewObits.com’s Loyalty mobile messaging SMS/MMS program and short code number ##### operated by NewObits.com

    Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Shortcode (NewObits.com’s Promotional mobile messaging SMS/MMS program) Information Collection and Use

We store and keep all SMS/MMS messages we send to you and receive from you via our short code forever. We use this data to improve our mobile messaging program, understand and learn what types of messages we should respond to, to determine when users opt-in and opt-out of our service, and to track the history and usage of our shortcode. We also store all metadata of each message we send and receive including timestamp of message and mobile number we received from and sent to.

After you unsubscribe from our service, we will stop sending you messages but we will continue to store and keep all past messages and metadata received from you and sent to you so that we can track the history and usage of our shortcode.

Please note that we use Twilio as our primary SMS/MMS platform and they and all mobile carriers may also inspect, store, and/or keep any and all messages sent and received via our shortcode. You can view the Twilio privacy policy at https://www.twilio.com/legal/privacy

Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service and Shortcode to you.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using our Service or Shortcode, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and Shortcode and we hold certain information.

  • Google Analytics

    Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network. All Google Remarketing and Advertising features are enabled in our Google Analytics account. These features enable Google to collect data for Display and Search remarketing. This includes data from Google’s signed-in users who have chosen to enable Google to associate their web and app browsing history with their Google account, and to use such information from their Google account to personalize ads. NewObits.com uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
