Richard Lyle Russ, 87, died Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at the Courtyards Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. He was born November 18, 1932, in Dexterville, Wisconsin, to Lyle and Nadine Darrow Russ. He moved to Fulton from Racine, Wisconsin in 1997. He was a truck driver for over 30 years. He was a Veteran, serving in the United States Navy. He enjoyed boating, model airplanes and model trains.
A Fellowship gathering in his honor will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday March 1, 2020, at the Cheesehead Pizzeria Restuarant in Fulton. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the family.
Survivors include his wife, Jacquelyn Russ; four sons, Richard A. Russ, Steven C. Russ (Sue), Kelly S. Russ, and Rory L. Russ; one daughter, Lori L. Fewless (Rob); two step-children, Daryl Berman and Sheryl Berman; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great – great grandchildren; nieces , nephews and other family members.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Eleanora V. Russ; one son, Gary Lee Russ; one brother, William “Bill” Mundt; two sisters, Jeanette Lang and Joyce Loeck; and his parents.
