Howard Donald “Mumps” Rowe, Jr., 75, died Thursday, March 12, 2020, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS.
- There will be a visitation Saturday, March 14, 2020, at his residence located at 503 High Street in Aberdeen from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.
- A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
- Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home of Aberdeen is in charge of the arrangements.
