A private family service to celebrate the life of Gregory Spence, 67, will be held on Saturday at 1:00 pm at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow in Magnolia Gardens.
Greg died on February 10, 2021 at the North Mississippi Medical Center after a short illness. He was born on October 14, 1953 in Alcorn County to Grier and Dorothy Eaves Spence. He worked as a computer technician for Summit and served in the Mississippi National Guard. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, camping and fishing.
He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Spence; nephews, Dacre Wilson and Tracy Wilson; brother-in-law, Neal Wilson; cousin, Sherolyn Ayers (Buddy); and a host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Grier Spence and a sister, Brenda Wilson.
