John Albert Latch

A memorial service to celebrate the life of John Albert Latch, 49, will be held at 6:00 pm at Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 pm until service time.

John passed away on September 12, 2022 at his residence. He was born on March 11, 1973 to the late Ward Latch and Sue Sanders Wardlow. He graduated from Kossuth High School. He was a truck driver, welder, and did carpentry work. He loved to hunt and fish, but most importantly, he loved his family and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Christy Smith; daughters, Christian Paige Latch, Anna Latch Crum (Austin) and Sarah Faith Latch; son, John Chandler Latch; brothers, Tommy Latch (Linda), Dennis Hutcheson and Carrol Hutcheson; sisters, Peggy Bonds (James), Sarah Angelou (Chrest), Jean Latch; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Hershel Latch and Bobby Hutcheson.
