Dale Franks
Baldwyn- Monnie Dale Franks, 67, passed away on Tuesday, January 03, 2023 at his home. He was an employee of Tombigbee River Valley Water Management District for over 35 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing games on his computer and picking on everyone. He was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be at Waters Funeral Home on Friday, January 06, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Chester Harrison officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery.
He is survived by his father, Lawrence Franks of Baldwyn; son, Robby Hutcheson of Aberdeen; daughters, Pam Hurd, Melissa Putt both of Verona; sisters, Sherry Floyd (Wayne) of Baldwyn and Loria Floyd of Rienzi; brother, Terry Franks (Lesa) of Baldwyn; (7) grandchildren; host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; close friend, Joyce Clayton; host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Franks; his mother, Patricia Lominick Franks; nieces, Keri Floyd and Towanda Bittles; great-nephew- Andrew Bittles.
Pallbearers will be Buck Franks, Josh Franks, Clint Franks, Wayne Floyd, Dennis Carr and Randall Williams.
Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home on Thursday, January 05, 2023 from 4:00 – 8:00 p. m.
