Ann Rowan Cagle, passed away peacefully at home after an extended illness at the age of 83, on April 22, 2024. She was born to Edward Rowan and Rosa Morgan Rowan on June 22, 1940. She graduated from Baldwyn high school. Ann was a member of Ingram Baptist Church. She was known for her passion for working in the yard and tending to her beautiful flowers. She dedicated many years of service to North Mississippi Medical Center before retiring.
She is now reunited in heaven with her parents and her beloved husband of 61 years, Stanley Cagle as well as her sister Mary Edith Johnson and her brother Paul Rowan. Her kind and loving spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving children: Jill Stahl (Mike) of Guntown, Jan Conwill of Franklin, TN and Jerrod Cagle (Stephanie) of Baldwyn, sister Jan Walker (John) of Florida; grandchildren: Brandon Conwill, Morgan Turner (Chip), Megan Hendrix, Clay Hendrix (Adrianna), Jake Cagle(Megan), Casey Cagle, and Jade Cagle; great grandchildren Mollie, Emma, and Luke Barker; Karlee Voyles; Ryan Woods and Chase Hendrix and Kennedy Walker.
Pallbearers are Brandon Conwill, Clay Hendrix, Jake Cagle, Casey Cagle, Terry Conwill, Randy Hendrix, and Billy Allen.
A memorial service to celebrate the life will be Wednesday, April 24 at Waters Funeral Home with Dru Allen officiating. Burial will be in Prentiss Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will begin at 2 pm and the service will begin at 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sanctuary Hospice or St. Jude in memory of Ann Cagle.
The family would like to give special thanks to all the staff at Sanctuary Hospice and the caregivers; Sylvia Levi, Brenda Williams, and Patricia Williams, who took wonderful care of their Mother.
