Peggy Pedigo
Dumas- Peggy Joy Pedigo 80, passed away Saturday September 14, 2024 at Rest Haven Nursing Facility in Ripley. She was an employee of Family Dollar, an avid fan for the Chicago Cubs, enjoyed bowling, spending time with her family was a huge enjoyment of hers, she loved her grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren. Christmas was her favorite Holiday, she loved to decorate with as many lights as possible. She was of the Baptist faith.
Funeral services will be Monday September 16, 2024 at 2 pm at Waters Funeral Home with Bro. Kenneth Harrison officiating. Burial will be in the Dumas Cemetery.
She is survived by daughter Frankie Hambrick (Jeff) of Dumas, son Phillip Pedigo (Helen) of Dumas, 5 sisters Linda Kemp (Billy) of Dorsey, Mary Jean Brolin (Ernie) of Illinois, Elenor Lindley (Bill) of Red Bay, Ruby Faye Pettigo of Kirkville, Wonda Clayton (James) of Dorsey, Teresa Sharer of Tennessee, 3 brothers Billy Wayne Palmer of Illinois, Jimmy Dee Palmer (Brenda) of Kirkville, Charles Sidney Palmer (Gail)of Houston, 3 grand children, 18 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren and 1 on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ruby & Era Williams Palmer, her husband Charles Pedigo, 2 sisters, 5 brothers and 2 grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday September 16, 2024 from 11 am until service time at Waters Funeral Home.
