Ronald E. Kirk
Booneville- Ronald E. Kirk, 79, passed away at his home on Thursday, August 28, 2025. He enjoyed watching Hallmark Movies, Pepsi, and he loved Justin Wilson, building things, horses and cooking. Ronald was a self-employed contractor and computer repairman. He participated in online church services with Jeffersonville, Indiana where his father had pastored. He served his country in the MS Army National Guard.
Funeral services will be Friday, August 29, 2025 at Waters Funeral Home @ 4:00 p. m. with Bro. Michael Starkey officiating. Burial will be in the Booneville City Cemetery.
He is survived by two daughters, Shannon Browder (Tony) of Corinth and Donna Kirk of Florida; bonus children, Rhonda Sanders (Ron) of Batesville, Cathy Hancock (William) of AL and Mark Best of Tupelo; grandchildren, Chelsea Boyte (Mack), Tyler Rowe (Sam), Christopher Browder (Makayla) and Caleb Oathout (Amber); bonus grandchildren, Tabatha Bullock (Ben), TJ Franklin (Lena), Haley Hood (Mitchell), Hope Kennedy (Cole) and Johnathan Best; great-grandchildren, Aidan Roberson, Mirren Roberson, Phoebe Boyte and Jep Rowe; bonus great-grandchildren, Kameron Bullock (Elizabeth), Liberty Bullock, Elaina Hood, Eli Hood, Emma Lynn Bradley, Elijah Kennedy, Eden Kennedy, Braxton Franklin and Brayden Franklin; one great-great-grandchild, Jaleel Ruff; host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William E. and Mattie Maupin Kirk; wife, Patsy Kirk and sister, Marsha Butler.
His grandsons will serve as his pallbearers.
Visitation will be Friday from 3:00 – 4:00 p. m. at Waters Funeral Home.
