Rosa Malone
Booneville- Rosa Malone 59, passed away at the NMMC on Thursday, October 16, 2025. She was a homemaker and she enjoyed watching television, yard sales, taking care of her dogs, and listening to Michael Combs. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a Baptist.
Funeral services will be at Waters Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 1:00 p. m. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery.
Survivors include her son, Cory Abbott (Stephani); sisters, Brenda Cox, Tammy McDonald (Billy) and Tina Parker (Bobby); brothers, William Abbott, Bobby Abbott (Casey) and Donnie Abbott (girlfriend, Patsy Anderson); grandchildren, Layla Abbott, Peyton Abbott and Chloe Abbott; host of other family and friends; her ex-husband, Jerry Malone.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Betty Jane Braden Abbott; brother, Randy Abbott.
Pallbearers will be B J Abbott, Dustin Abbott, Eli Abbott, Austin Abbott, Brandon Abbott and Chase Abbott.
Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home on Tuesday , October 21, 2025 from 10:00 a. m. until 1:00 p. m.
