Connie Sharlene Willard
New Albany- Connie Sharlene Willard, 62, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on October 27, 2025. Sharlene was born on May 25, 1963 in Kenosha, Wisconsin to Charles and Clara Harrison. She had a heart for giving and serving other and she was a caregiver for 15-20 years. She loved serving at her church, teaching children about Jesus. She loved to share her faith.
She was survived by her husband of 33 years, Milton Willard; son, Zack Franklin (Brandy);Daughter, Taylor Willard; Grandmother, to Bentley, Gunner and Mila; Sister, to Ronald Harrison (Pam), Shelley Nolen, Robbie Harrison (Pam); aunt to many nieces and nephews; sister-in-law to Cathy Richardson (Walter), Mary Jane Murphy (Larry) and Dana Morton (Michael); host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A celebration of life service will be held at Keownville Baptist Church, Sunday November 02, 2025 @ 3:00 p. m. with Bro. Jerry Bishop officiating. Special music by Bro. Jerry Bishop and Cheryl Jackson. Waters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be at the church from 1:00 p. m. until service time @ 3:00 p. m.
Pallbearers are her son, Zack Franklin and her nephews, Shane and Cory Harrison, Brandon and Derek Payne, Jeremy Harrison and Michael Blankenship.
