Deborah Smith Grisham
Baldwyn- Deborah Smith Grisham, 69, passed away at her home on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. She an employee of Westwood Ind. for 15 years + and later retired from Leggitt Platt Ind. She enjoyed spending the day bargain hunting with her sister, Patti, traveling, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren whom they called “NeNe” and family. She was a member of West Mooreville Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be at Waters Funeral Home on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 2:00 p. m. with Bro. John Cagle officiating. Burial will be in Pratt Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Jammie Grisham of Baldwyn; two daughters, Megan Benson (Brad) of Ripley and Cassie Effler (Mike) of Washington; son, Corey Matthews of Pontotoc; three sisters, Patti Brown of Guntown, Tammy Wilson of Fulton and Judy Pilkinton (Kenneth) of TN; two brothers, Mike Smith of FL and Chuck Smith (Christine) of Saltillo; (8) grandchildren, Chloe Benson, Max Benson, Rylee Benson, Noel Maureau, Josie Effler, Davis Matthews, Hopper Matthews and Clayton Matthews; host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James A. and Sarah L. Frost Smith.
Pallbearers will be Taylor Smith, Josh Smith, Chris Brown, Tim Brown, Doug Wallace, Ethan Wallace, Ben Wallace and Cody Wilson.
Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home on Saturday from noon until service time @ 2:00 p.m.
