Milburn Chester Russell, 58, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. He was a devoted fisherman and Christian. He loved to fish, he even founded "The Fishing Club", he loved it so much. He was a craftsman and a collector. He loved to piddle on all kinds of projects and make all kinds of stuff. He worked in construction his whole life until his body would no longer allow him to. His favorite thing to do was to cut up and joke around with people. He called himself the mayor of Chiwapa Community, and you couldn't tell him any different.
