Lorene Dilworth Moore

Lorene Dilworth Moore was born January 29, 1933, to Lonnie and Mary Dilworth in Monroe County, Mississippi.  She departed this life on December 21, 2017.

She professed hope in Christ at an early age and united with the Seventh Day Adventist Church, where she remained faithful until her passing.  She dedicated her life to serving the Lord.

Lorene was united in holy wedlock to George Washington Moore and to this union three children were born.

She is survived by her husband: George Washington Moore, her three children: Anthony Emil (Olivia) Moore, Baldwin, MS; James Louis (Jackie) Moore, Huntsville, AL; and Catherine Marion Moore, Nettleton, MS; her three grandchildren: Chris Hodges, Creigthen Ashton Armstrong, and Charity Alise Armstrong; her sisters: Birdie Thornton, Lillie Mae Bowers; her brother: Willie Frank Dilworth, Sr. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and family friends.  Lorene was proceeded in death by her parents: Lonnie and Mary Dilworth; her sisters: Pearline Dilworth Cox, and Hattie Katherine Moore, her brothers: Rommie Dilworth, and Lonnie Dilworth.
