Martha Sharp Crocker, 68 of Paris, Mississippi passed away on Friday, March 6, 2020, at Baptist Hospital N. MS. in Oxford, Mississippi.
Born Monday, November 12, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Sharp and the late Lillie Bell Suelle Sharp.
Mrs. Martha was a member of Sand Hill Methodist Church. In her early years she worked as the secretary for Lafayette Elementary School then onto many years at Big Yank, and Borg-Warner before retiring from Fred's in Water Valley. Mrs. Martha was famous among her family for her home made biscuits. She love playing cards, drinking Diet Coke and was an avid Price is Right fan.
Surviving are daughter, Amanda Poynor of Paris, MS, brothers, Travis Sharp (Patsy) of Water Valley, MS and Barnie (Nub) Sharp (Annie) of Oxford, MS, sisters, Wanda Lambert of Water Valley, MS and Jackie Sharp of Water Valley, MS. two grandchildren Richard and Lilly Harris of Paris.
She was predeceased by a sister, Patsy Sharp and Betty Stark.
A Funeral service will be at 4:00 PM on Sunday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bobby Jones officiating. Interment will be in Webb Cemetery, Paris, MS.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 8, 2020, at Parker Memorial Funeral Home, 476 hwy 9 N, Bruce, Mississippi.
Pallbearers will be: Garry Bratton, Lee Crocker, Wyatt Holloway, Tyler Sharp, Ronnie Stark and Jim Tierney. Honorary Pallbearers will be Barnie Sharp and Travis Sharp.
