FULTON – Deanna Susan Johnson Gordon, 68, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at the North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice Unit. She was born March 20, 1952, in Muhlenberg County, KY, to Att Johnson, Jr., and Willena Evans Johnson. She was a seamstress at Hickory Hill Furniture until her retirement in 2006. She was a member of New Salem Methodist Church. She was an avid reader and enjoyed watching HGTV.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Thursday, May 7, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Pastor Debra Lay officiating. Burial will be in the New Salem Cemetery.
Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Donahue (Frank) of Fulton; three brothers, Hal Johnson of Mooreville, Randy Johnson (Jamie) of Ripley, and Reggie Johnson (Debbie Ann) of Fulton; a sister-in-law, Patsy Noe of Peaceful Valley; three grandchildren, Jessica Abbott (Russ), Nicole Nix (Cory), and Nathaniel Gordon; three great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Lee Sims and Jimmy Wayne Gordon, and her parents.
Pallbearers will be Rusty Johnson, Brad Johnson, William Taylor, Johnathan Fisher, Russ Abbott, Camron Abbott, and Devon Abbott.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until service time Thursday at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
