Ms. Sheanika Faulkner, 40, transitioned on Monday, May 18, 2020 at her home in Holly Springs, MS. She was born on September 28, 1979 in Memphis, TN, to Ms. Anita Faulkner and Mr. Nathaniel Gorman. Her god-mother Rosetta Thompson and her nephew Matthew Gorman preceded her in death.
She was a 1998 graduate of H.W. Byers High School. Sheanika aka "Sneak" was an outgoing person who never met a stranger. She wore a beautiful smile that could light up any room. She obtained wisdom that was way beyond her years. She was dedicated worker and a great tax preparer.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories her mother: Anita Faulkner of Lamar, MS; Her father: Nathaniel (Concetta) Gorman of Winchester, KY; Four brothers: Terriance (Nakia) Faulkner of Memphis, TN, Kennard Faulkner of Lamar, MS, Nathaniel Gorman, Jr. of Memphis, TN and Devonta Luellen of Lamar, Nebraska; One special Aunt: Chaderice Wright; One god-sister: Josephine Gorman; Two god-brothers: Charles Gorman and Kevin (Renee) Thompson both of Lamar, MS. Two special friends: Joe Allen Dowdy, Jr. and Mrs. Darlene Dowdy: Two best friends: Shelia Kizer and Crystal Byrd and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside Service will take place on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at 11a.m. at LaGoshen M.B. Church Cemetery on 490 LaGoshen Drive in Moscow, TN, 38057. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home of Holly Springs is in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will take place on Friday, May 22, 2020 from 4-6p.m. at Serenity-Autry Funeral Home Chapel. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, the visitation will be walk thru only limited to only 10 persons in viewing area at the same time.
