Thomas Eugene Coker

September 8, 1953 – July 8, 2020

Thomas Eugene passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at his home. He was born September 8, 1953, to Hermon Thomas Coker and Agnes Martin Coker. He married the love of his life, Wauchita Coker, in 1979, and spent 39 years with her. Mr. Coker loved spending his time watching NASCAR and spending all his time with his family. He is a retired Forest Ranger for the Mississippi Forestry Commission.

A Celebration of Life Graveside service will be at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 11, 2020 at the Jones Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Elvia Greenhaw officiating. The services are under the direction of McMillan Funeral Home.

He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Brandenburg (Joseph); one brother, Tulon Coker; one sister, Julie Riddle (Tim); one grandson, Tyler Brandenburg; one sister-in-law, Theresa Streetman; mother-in-law, Quay Johnson; a host of nieces and nephews; and a host of great nieces and great nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Wauchita Coker; his parents; two brother-in-laws, Sammy Streetman and Teddy Johnson; and one sister-in-law, Marcia Coker.

  1. Hello I am deeply sorry for you loss, and losing a loved one is very difficult. But the Bible speaks of a promise God makes to resurrect those who have fallen asleep in death at Acts 24:15.
