Linda Irene Adams Paterakis
Amory – Linda Paterakis, 70, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020 at North Mississippi Medical Center, Tupelo, MS. Born August 26, 1950, in Geisburg, Illinois, she was a daughter of late Doris Brittingham and Emmitt Adams.
She grew up in Illinois, attended school and eventually went to work in the retail sales industry. Linda married Michael Anthony Paterakis in 1999 and with their union, she was blessed with an extended family. Eventually, they moved to Amory, MS where they lived the rest of their lives. She loved the Lord and was a member of St. Helen’s Catholic Church, Amory. Some of her closest friends were Sister Leal Niblick and Carylon Cappuzzello.
Linda will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
Due to Covid restrictions, there are no memorial funeral services scheduled at this time. Should one be planned at a later date, the obituary will be updated.
Survivors include a daughter, two step daughters, step-grandchildren, church friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Paterakis.
