Ms. Palmer died Monday, February 8, 2021 at her residence. She was of the Baptist faith, was a seamstress and enjoyed cooking, gardening and sewing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell Franklin and Edith Annie Kiddy; granddaughter, Heather Michelle Palmer; brother, Miller Calvin Kiddy.
Mable is survived by her son, Keith Palmer; sisters, Ruby Brawner, Elizabeth Frances Bridges Tice; granddaughter, Nicki Brook Southern; great-grandson, J.W. Southern and a host of nieces and nephews.
