Roland Austin Lindley

Mr Roland Lindley 81, passed at the North MS Med Center May 29, 2020. Roland was formerly of Haleyville, Al and was born in New Mexico.  He was a retired factory worker,  Funeral Services will be Tuesday, June 1st at Waldrop Freewill Baptist church on Hwy 195, Haleyville, Al at 11am.  Family Hour with visitation will begin at 10 am and conclude at service time.  Roland leaves his daughter, Christy Smith (Gaylon) of Haleyville, sister Gerline McCann of New Mexico and Latritha Farmer of Missouri.  He also leaves 3 Brothers Myron Lindley of Lynn Al, Lee Lindley of Birmingham, and Joe Lindley (Beth) of Haleyville.  He has 4 grandsons, Jonathan Andrew Smith, Scotty Bray, William Bray, and Dakota Smith.  We honor and thank Mr Lindley for his service in the Navy. Roland enjoyed fishing, camping and traveling to different places.
