Ruby Jean Weeden Smith

Ruby Jean Weeden Smith, 77, passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at her home. She was born on December 19, 1943 to Charlie Weeden and Lenora Browning Weeden. She retired from the furniture industry. She attended Center Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be at 2:00p.m. Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at United Funeral Service with Bro. Mike Brazeal officiating. Burial will be at Glenfield Memorial Park.
She is survived by her husband, Miles Dean Smith; one daughter, Laronda Gross (Rick); three sons, Bill Smith (Lori); Jeff Smith (Holly) and Robin Smith; four sisters, Dollie Cook (Luther); Betty Hogue (Roger), Faye McDaniel and Rose Hamblin (Jimmy); one brother, James Weeden (Wilma); two sisters-in-law, Linda Weeden and Betty Weeden; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister Joyce Mayo (Gene) and two brothers, Billy Charles Weeden and John Weeden; and a brother-in-law, Bob McDaniel.
Pallbearers will be Clayton Smith, Chris Smith, Taylor Smith, Cody Smith, Jeremy Payne and Bo Hill. Honorary pallbearers will be Julie Payne and Levi Smith.
Visitation will be on Tuesday from 11:00a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
