Sandra Arter

Sandra Gail Arter, 61, died Monday, November 29, 2021. She was born September 24, 1960 to James Otis McLeroy and Eudora Clark McLeroy. She enjoyed life and always lived it to the fullest. Among her hobbies were, listening to country music, dancing, gardening, her animals, and she remolded houses. Ms. Sandra helped build two complete airplanes, in which she took flight in, and owned several rental properties.
Services for Sandra will be Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 11:00am at United Funeral Service with Bro. Marty Merritt officiating. There will be a visitation on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm and Saturday, December 4, 2021 from 10:00am until the start of the service at 11:00am.
She is survived by her father, James McLeroy, her son Shane Towery, one step daughter, Serratia Arter, one step son, Corey Arter, one sister, Virginia Maness, five brothers; Julius McLeroy, David McLeroy, James Arlin McLeroy, Jonathan McLeroy, and William McLeroy, and two grandchildren; Michael Dalton Towery and Jonathan Chance Towery.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Eudora Clark McLeroy.
