Cassandra Ann (Sheley) Hodges

DUMAS:  Cassandra Ann Sheley Hodges of Dumas, Ms passed Wed Nov 3rd 2021 at her residence.  Mrs Hodges was born in Memphis, Tn on October 30, 1957 to Eugene Dewitt Sheley and Annie Mae Burford Sheley. She was a retired environmental engineer at Baptist Memorial Hospital in New Albany. Sandra loved traveling with her husband, Carl, gardening, and was a wonderful homemaker that loved her family.  She also loved her horses and her Chihuahua named Susie.  Susie brought Cassandra so much happiness and joy the love she had for Susie was immense and grateful. Cassandra leaves her precious family and friends and little Susie. She also leaves Carl her blessed husband of Dumas, her daughters Carrie Duncan (Brandon) of  Hernando, and Brandy Hodges – Watson of Dumas, her sons Michael Malone (Amy) of Senatobia and Jamie Hodges (Lindsey) of Baldwyn. She also leaves her sister Donna Deel of South Carolina 2 brothers Ricky Sheley (Paula) Lebanon, Tn and Jimmy Sheley (Johna Moore) of Sardis, Ms.   Loving her grandchildren was her passion. She leaves 16 grand and 3 great grand. Sandra was preceded by her parents and a brother Stanley Sheley.   A Reflection of Memories service will be at 2pm Sat November 6th 2021 at ASSOCIATED FAMILY FUNERAL HOME – TUPELO with family and friends visitation starting at 11:30 am until service time.  Our family at Associated are very grateful to have been chosen to serve the Hodges family.
