A Celebration of Life Service for Jackie Wayne Weathers, 84, is set for 2:00 pm Sunday at Clear Creek Church of Christ with ministers Duane Ellis, Lonnie McKee and Lance Foster officiating. Burial will follow in the Liberty Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends Saturday at Memorial Funeral Home from 5:00 to 8:00 and Sunday from 1:00 pm until service time at Clear Creek Church.

Jackie died July 7, 2022 at his residence. He was born February 8, 1938 in Leedy, MS to the late Odell and Violet Gray Weathers. He was a member of Clear Creek Church of Christ. He was the owner of Weathers Pawn Shop. He enjoyed listening to bluegrass music, collecting and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Weathers; parents; brother, Gaylon Weathers; and sisters, Sue Sprouse, Betty Jo Roden-Key and Lottie Owens,

He is survived by his sons, Jackie P. Weathers (Cassandra) and Timmy Kennedy (Gayle); two daughters, Tonya DeWhitt (Brad) and Brenda Kuhns; four grandchildren, Jennifer Weathers, Katelyn Camacho Yau, Kodi Adams (Logan) and Kelsey Davis; one great-grandchild, Stephen DeWhitt; four step-great-grandchildren, Kili Camacho Yau, Willow and Cooper Adams, and Kayra Davis; several nieces, nephews; and a host of friends.

Men of Clear Creek Church of Christ will serve as pallbearers.
