Courtney Depree "Ceno" Newsome was born August 19, 1981 in Dothan, Alabama to Lyndia Smith and Samuel Newsome. He attended Obolone High school where he played drums in the marching band. His favorite past times, fishing, walking and cooking

He was a member of United Christian Faith Tabernacle in Tupelo, MS He was preceded in eternity by his father, Samuel Newsome. grandfather, Walter Smith and Nathaniel Newsome and grandmother. Jessie Lois

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Felicia Newsome, three daughters: Brionna Newsome. Aaliyah Newsome and Olivia White, his mother Lyndla Traylor (Larry) and four brothers: Kwanza Smith (Unique). Leon Newsome (Shanta). Jeremy Newsome (Kayla) and Xzavia Newsome, two sisters: Nikki Smith and Iris Newsome, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncies brothers and sisters-in-law, and many friends from all over.

Visitation will be Friday, September 16, 2022, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Serenity -Autry Funeral Home Chapel, Pontotoc, MS.

Service will be Saturday, September 17, 2022, 3:00 p.m., at Poplar C.M.E. Church, 1017 County Road 681, Saltillo, MS.

Burial will take place at Union Cemetery, Belden, MS.

Serenity-Autry Funeral Home of Pontotoc, MS, is in charge of arrangements.
