William Dale Green

William Dale Green 72, of Houlka, departed from this life on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on August 01, 1950, in Bruce, MS to the late William Jefferson Green and Georgia Ann Moore Green.

William enjoyed tinkering and fixing anything that was broken. He loved the outdoors and mowing the yard, he would mow the yard sometimes twice a week. William enjoyed working in his garden and watching all sports especially Memphis Basketball.

He leaves behind his spouse, Teresa Green of Houlka; two daughters: Emily (Jesse) Warren of Randolph, MS; Ashlee Green of Memphis, TN; two sisters: Virginia McCormick of Bruce, MS; Frances Bennett of Bruce, MS; brother, Wayne Green of Bellefountaine, MS; three grandchildren: Marcus, Caiden, and McKenzie; his beloved chihuahua, Clyde Green.

William is preceded in death by his parents, William Jefferson Green and Georgia Ann Green.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce, MS. The funeral service celebrating William Dale's life will take place on April 25, 2023, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Parker Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Earl Alexander and Bro. Darrell Logan officiating. Jeff Bennett, Joe Bennett, Herbert Dickson, Jesse Kyle James, Joe Kelly, Rodney Mann, and Rodney McDonald will carry William to rest in Memory Memorial Garden. Tommy Kilgo, Mike McDonald, Ricky McDonald, and Danny Turner will serve as honorary pallbearers.
