Uleslie Chandler

ULeslie Chandler was born August 17, 1927, in Clay County Ms to Leanna Watkins
and Chesley Chandler. He departed this life on November 28,2023 at Baptist
Memorial Hospital in Union County. Uleslie married Daisy(Morgan) Chandler and
to this union eight children were born. They were married 50 plus years until her
death. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one son John L Chandler Sr,
three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Uleslie enjoyed gardening, keeping
his lawn done and sitting on the porch during the summer months and most of all
enjoying his family and friends.
Uleslie leaves to cherish his memory seven children: Eunice Coleman,
Sandra(Pete) Betts, James(Margaret) Chandler, Willie(Janice) Chandler,
Larry(Tina)Chandler, Dennis(Jackie)Chandler, John(Juanita)Chandler. Thirty-Five
Grand Children a Host of Great Grand Children. He also leaves five sisters: Wilma
Genice Fouche of St Louis Mo, Lula Virges of West Point MS, Patricia(James)
Woodard of Woodland MS, Betsy(Sid) Jones of Verona Ms, Donna Jean Walker of
West Point MS. Two brothers Robert(Shelly) Posley of St Louis MO,
Bobby(Brenda) Shotwell of Woodland MS as well as many other friends and
family that loved him dearly.
