Saltillo – Kenneth Lanphere, 74, passed away at the NMMC on Monday, October 07, 2024.
He enjoyed eating a good meal, watching westerns, Elvis Presley music and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a Baptist.
Funeral services will be at Waters Funeral Home on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 1:00 p. m. with Bro. Mark Barnett officiating. Burial will be in Euclatubba Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Emogene Lanphere of Saltillo; two step-sons, Chris Dunaway (Karina) and Tony Dunaway (Kayla); three sister-in-laws, Reda, Betty and Lisa; step-grandchildren, Amber, Brian, Cassie, Jessie, Sawyer, Valentina, Brittany and Tiffany; host of step-great-grandchildren; special friends, Libby Scruggs Parker and Nick Nichols.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Helen Langston Lanphere; step-son, Thomas Dunaway.
Pallbearers will be Sawyer Dunaway, Sean Taylor, Brandon Davis, Chris Dunaway, Mark Jackson and Matthew Taylor.
Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home on Saturday from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m.
