Alyssa Quella-White

October 26, 1989 ~ April 7, 2025

Mrs. Alyssa Quella-White, 35, died Monday, April 7, 2025, at her home in Batesville, Mississippi. A visitation will be held Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at Waller Funeral Home.

Alyssa was born on October 26, 1989, in Racine, Wisconsin, to Patricia Quella. A loving and free spirit, she was known for her feisty personality and ability to make others laugh. She often went out of her way to try to bring a smile to the face of everyone she met. Her outspoken personality was paired with a selfless and giving heart, which made Alyssa the greatest mother to her children, who were her entire world. Every moment with them brought her immense joy, and she loved to play video games, and turn ordinary days into fun adventures for the entire family. During quiet moments of the day, Alyssa loved to spend time reading, or watching the birds and appreciating the beauty of nature. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Barbara Rogers.

Alyssa is survived by her husband, Justin White of Batesville, Mississippi; daughters, Mia Osman and Alaya White; sons, Matthew Osman, Aiden White, and Jasper White; mother, Patricia Quella of Batesville, Mississippi; sisters, Jessica Quella of Millington, Tennessee and Diane Hadorn of Batesville, Mississippi; brothers, Michael Kapp of Oxford, Mississippi and Jamie Rivera and his wife, Ana Haag-Rivera, of Estacada, Oregon; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Expressions of sympathy or memorial contributions in Alyssa’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105, or online at www.stjude.org.
