Kimberly Kay Wilson Morgan, 61, of Oxford, MS, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, August 31, 2025. A private service will be held at a later time. Waller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Kimberly was born on February 19, 1964, to Robert Wilson and the late Nancy Johnson Loyed. A graduate of Lafayette High School, she excelled in accounting and built a career in banking, beginning as a loan officer at Mechanics Bank and later serving as finance manager at Belk Ford until her retirement.
She was a woman of deep faith who loved Jesus and cherished sharing Her love and forgiveness with her family and friends. Kim was happiest outdoors, enjoying time with her family riding 4-wheelers, fishing, and swimming. She will be remembered for her generosity, strength, and the joy she brought to all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Johnson Loyed.
Kimberly is survived by her daughter, Lauren Morgan of Oxford, MS; her son, Jonathan Perry Morgan II of Ecru, MS; her father, Robert Wilson of Water Valley, MS; her sister, Lesley Phillips of Oxford, MS; her brother, Andrew Byrd of Oxford, MS; and her beloved grandchildren, Olivia Hightower and Mason Powell.
