Nancy Carol Wood
Guntown- Nancy Carol Wood, 75, passed away at the Panola County Hospital on September 07, 2025. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, reading and spending time with her grandchildren. She was also mother and grandmother to members of the Guntown Fire Dept. She was a retired nurse and member of First Baptist Church in Guntown.
Memorial services will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 5:00 p. m. with Bro. Bobby Robbins officiating.
She is survived by her husband, David Wood of Guntown; daughter, Tina White (Geoff); son, Tommy Wood (Diane); chosen family member, Amanda Brown (Ash); grandchildren, Sara Davis (Andrew), Jesse Wood (Erin), Noah Wood, Gage Wood, Daniel Wood, Joni Wood, Bella Wood, Alyssa “Izzy” Wood, Torah Wood, Zander Nichols, Gunner Brown, Wyatt Brown, Hope Brown; several nieces and nephews; host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Della Hays Robinson; brother and sister-in-law, Dan and Betty Robinson.
Visitation will be Wednesday at Waters Funeral Home on September 10, 2025 from 3:00 – 5:00 p. m.
