Martha Boatright Leggitt

Mrs. Martha Boatright Leggitt, 82, passed away at Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, AR on Thursday, October 9, 2025.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 2 pm at Eastover Memorial Cemetery in Oxford, MS with Minister Steven Ford officiating.

Mrs. Leggitt was born in Lafayette County to the late Dale Tarver Boatright and late Curtis Boatwright. She was retired from the University of Mississippi Auxiliary Services. She was a faithful member of Highway Church of Christ in Benton, AR. She was a woman of deep faith and loved Jesus. She loved reading cookbooks and trying out new recipes for her friends and family, gardening, spending time with her grandchildren, and traveling with her late husband. Those that knew her well knew that she found immense joy in the simple pleasure of a shopping trip.

She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Leggitt Pack and husband, Shawn, of Alexander, AR; three grandchildren, Abbey (Todd) of Tampa, FL; Caleb (Sarah Grace) of Conway, AR; and Ethan of Conway, AR; and two great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Russell Ralph Leggitt.
