Brenda Shook Ray, 73, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2026, at her home in Southaven, MS. She was born September 11, 1952, to Chester Shook and Jane Johnson Shook.
A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery Friday, March 20, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. with Bro. Tracy Arnold officiating. The services are under the direction of Waters Funeral Home.
She was a member of the Wheeler Baptist Church.
She is survived by her brother, Michael Shook; and sister Pat Hall Burk (Rodger); nephews, grandnephews, and grandnieces.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Mitzi Ray Patterson, parents; three brothers, Larry Shook, David Shook, and Steven Shook; and one nephew, Shane Hall.
