Martha Robinson

Guntown- Martha Robinson passed away at her home on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. She worked at Renasant bank for over 46 years and she enjoyed reading cook books, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. She was a member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church and she served as church pianist for over 60 years.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 02, 2026 at Waters Funeral Home @ 2:00 p. m. with Bro. Rodney Lindsey and Bro. Guyton Hinds officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Joel Robinson of Guntown; daughters, Christy Turner (David) of Mantachie, Megan White (Johnny) of Guntown and Hannah Wooldridge (Gary) of Tupelo; sister, Mary Elizabeth Wilson of Saltillo; (7) grandchildren, Brittany Wilson (Michael), Samantha Turner, Madalyn White, Jemma White, Colt White, Lynleigh Robinson and Piper Wooldridge; great-grandchild, Aria Wilson; special cousin, Steve Whitaker; host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walker Whitaker and Estle Grissom Whitaker; one brother; two sisters; host of aunts and uncles.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Baggett, Matt Gann, Stephen Dorris, Grant Dorris, Michael Lindsey, Lane Whitaker, Colt White, Brad Underwood and Carl Jamieson.

Visitation will be @ Waters Funeral Home, Wednesday evening from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
