Truman Dawson, 86, died April 4, 2020 at DeSoto Healthcare Center. He was born December 28, 1933 in Rienzi, MS to the late John and Augusta McVey Dawson. He was of the Baptist faith and a former realtor in the Corinth area for many years. He was a very talented piano and organ player, having played in many churches.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Violet Dawson; parents; and sister, Zelma Gardner.
He is survived by his son, Todd Dawson and a host of other family and friends.
Given the current national conditions and the family's concern for the health and well-being of others, Mr. Dawson will have a private family service at Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Henry Cemetery.
