Regina Rowan

Regina Rowan (73) was born on August 30,1946 and passed away from this life on to eternal life on April 15,2020 in her home after an extended illness. Regina was a member of Westside Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family and animals. She was a retired registered nurse. Regina is survived by her husband; Harold "Buddy" Rowan of Baldwyn, her daughters; Tina Samp[les (Keith) of Baldwyn and Sherry Payne (Shan) of Saltillo, grandchildren; Brittany Samples (Nathan Pannell), Brandie Vance (Jacob), Jacob Payne, Anna Kate Payne and Noel Payne Cannon (Jeremy), great grandchildren; Caleb Vance, Kaiden Vance, Hayden Pannell and Addilyn Pannell. Regina was preceded in death by her parents; Howard and Mildred Sappington, her sister; Terri Sappington Edge. Private graveside services will be 2:00 Friday at Prentiss Memorial Gardens.
