Stanley Cole

Stanley Cole was born October 18, 1962 in Lee County
to the late Murphy and Susannah Cole.
He departed this life August 3, 2020 at North
Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. He
accepted Christ and joined Sandhill M.B. Church
where he remained a member until his death.
Stanley was united in holy wedlock to Billie Faye
(Agnew) Cole. He leaves to cherish: one (1) daughter
Utoria S. Martin of Baldwyn, MS, one (1) son Stanley
(Ashley) Johnson of Shannon, MS; six (6)
grandchildren: Kison Cole, Marterious Johnson, Kidon
Cole, Keiron Johnson, Keyon Martin and K’Torious
Martin.
He also leaved to cherish his memories four (4) sisters:
Mary Brinker of Corinth, MS, Augusta Berry of
Palmetto, MS, Lanette (Lawrence) Westbrook of
Verona, MS and Tracy (Lalter) Simpson of Verona,
MS; four (4) brothers Thomas Word of Shannon, MS,
Roy Lee (JoAnn) Cole of Verona, MS, Jimmy Cole of
Shannon, MS, Roger Cole, Sr. of Tupelo, MS and a
host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and
special friend Polo.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one (1)
daughter Toria Cole; one (1) sister Martha Rogers; one
(1) brother Monroe Cole and one (1) sister-in-law Alice Word.
