Terry Neal Bivens

Okolona – Mr. Terry Neal Bivens, 53, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Sanctuary Hospice House. Terry was born to William and Carolyn Bivens on September 19, 1968, in Jackson, Mississippi.  He loved fishing, hunting arrowheads, and riding back roads.  He was an avid Ole Miss Rebel fan.  Terry was known for having a kind heart and loving spirit.

A celebration of life service will be at 3 PM, Wednesday, May 25, 2022, in the Okolona Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors with Bro. Billy Henderson officiating.  Burial will follow in Mount Moriah Cemetery at Bruce, MS.  Visitation will be from 12 noon to service time at the funeral home Wednesday only.

Terry was survived by 3 sons, Chris, Cody, and Terin; 4 daughters, Nicole, Kayla, Courtney, and Lauren; 1 brother, Hank; 2 sisters, Tammy and Crystal; 1 God sister, Tasha; 9 granddaughters; 1 grandson; several Aunts and Uncles, 1 which is special, Renea Tackett; 1 special niece, Alazah Bivens and 1 special nephew, Joshua Bivens; 2 childhood friends, Jim Henry and Tommy Betts; and the one he called brother-in-law, Romie James.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, William and Carolyn Bivens; his grandparents; 1 uncle and 2 grandsons.
