Jeannette Estela Jovel Loyola, after a courageous journey with leukemia, won the victory and met her Lord and Savior from her residence in Tupelo on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Born in San Salvador, El Salvador (Central America) on October 14, l967, she was the daughter of the late Carlos Jovel and Elsa Aida Peralta, who survives. Jeanette grew up and was educated in the Houston, Texas. after coming to America when she was 13 years old. She married Rev. Armando Loyola in Houston on Feb.14, l996. Together, they became a pastoral team. Sis. Loyola loved the Lord and proclaiming the gospel. She did evangelistic work and especially enjoyed teaching youth about her God. She enjoyed being a Pastor’s wife. She was educated in the Houston area to be an Administrative Assistant and worked several years at M. D. Anderson Medical Center. Five years ago the Loyola family moved to Tupelo and she became an assistant in the office at Ashley Furniture. Sis. Jeanette was a member of Life at Tupelo where she ministered in Spanish and participated in all the ministries of the Church. She loved her family and Church and being an Evangelist for Christ.
A service celebrating her life will take place at 5 PM Today -Saturday, July 9, 2022 in the Sanctuary of Life At Tupelo Church (900 S. Thomas St.) with her Pastor, Jay Carney, officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. A second service will take place at 2 PM Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at First Apostolic Church of the Highlands, 1211 South Main St., Highlands, Texas. with a private burial to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in Crosby, Texas. Visitation will begin at Noon on Wednesday. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Life At Tupelo Ministerial Team. Holland Funeral Directors-Tupelo (662 840 5000) is honored to serving the Loyola and Life at Tupelo family.
Sis. Loyola is survived by her husband, Rev. Armando Loyola; her children, Jair Garcia and Doris Marzano of Houston, Texas and Royce Garcia of Branson, Mo and their families and her beloved twins, Daniel and Danielle Loyola of the home; two sisters, Maria Elena Alvarado and Judith Garcia both of Houston, Texas. and their families and several grandchildren.
