Barbara Lynn Williams Thomas, 50, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo after a sudden illness. She was born July 25, 1973, in Chicago, Illinois. She had a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She was the office manager at Engineering Solutions Inc. (ESI) in Tupelo. She enjoyed traveling and eating out with her husband. Her favorite trips were to Gatlinburg and to the beach. She enjoyed shopping, concerts, and being around family.
Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 14, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Terry Booker officiating. Burial will be private.
Survivors include her husband, David Ray Thomas; her mother, Deb Brown of Fawn Grove; one daughter, Breana K. Patterson of Fawn Grove; two stepdaughters, Amber Vandevander of Baldwyn and Ashley Thomas of Mooreville; one brother, Orlando Uribe of Florence, AL; one sister, Trianna Stephens of Tupelo; five grandchildren, Brooklyn Patterson, Case Lucas, Baislee Vandevander, Colby Vandevander, Kyson Sheffield.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Carl Brown.
Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
