Linda Marie Grooms
Savannah, TN- Linda Marie Grooms, 72, died Friday, September 20, 2024 at the Hardin Medical Center, in Savannah, TN after an extended illness. She was a homemaker and a member of the Northeast MS Church of God in Christ. She enjoyed shopping at Walmart and loved buying purses and shoes.
Funeral services will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Larry Vandevander officiating. Burial will be in the Northeast MS Church of God in Christ Cemetery.
Survivors include two sisters, Lillian Mae Strickland of Booneville and Bonnie Tanner and James of Savannah, TN: brother, Larry Grooms and Peggy of Burton; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Lavella Penny Grooms, two sisters and one brother.
Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home, Tuesday evening from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
