Joe McCaskill, age 88, passed away peacefully February 23, 2020. Visitation will be held at St. Andrews United Methodist Church (431 N. 16th Street, Oxford, MS, 38655) from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Friday February 28, 2020, with the memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Mr. Joe B. McCaskill can be made to St. Andrews United Methodist Church (431 N. 16th Street, Oxford, MS 38655).
