Kenneth Clinton “Jay R” Hobson, Jr, age 30, of Water Valley, MS died suddenly Sunday, March 22, 2020 near Taylor, MS. He was born June 28, 1989 in Oxford, MS to Kenneth Sr. and Teresa (Sullivan) Hobson. He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching Ole Miss football and camping.
funeral services for close friends and family will be held at Hopewell Baptist Church near Water Valley on Saturday, March 28, 2020. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery
Those he leaves behind to cherish his loving memory are, his parents, Kenny and Teresa Hobson of Water Valley, MS; his grandmother, Brenda Hale of Water Valley; four brothers, Matthew Hobson, Edward Gallaway, Jessie Hobson, all of Water Valley, and Steven Hobson of Oxford, MS; his honorary father, Eddie Gladwell; four grandpas; and three children.
