HORN LAKE – Charles Duke, Jr., 76, formerly of Pontotoc, passed away Monday, March 30, 2020 at Baptist Desoto. He was the son of Charles E. and Josie L. Duke. He was a truck driver for Bryan Foods, retiring after 30 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Lexa Duke; his brothers, Robert Duke of Houlka, James A. Duke of Pontotoc, and Terry Duke of Pontotoc; his sisters, Josie Enis of Pontotoc and Mary Cloinger of Pontotoc; five grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ada R. Duke; son, Greg Duke; daughter, Paula Duke; grandson, Greg Duke, Jr., and his parents.
A private immediate family visitation will be held Thursday, April 2, 2020 at 1PM at Baldwin Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc. A public graveside service will follow at 2PM in Redland Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Adam Duke, Josh Bynum, Steve Duke, Phillip Enis, Wesley Duke, and Brad Enis.
