He was always known for his loving and caring nature. It has been said many times that he was never seen without a smile on his face. In his younger days, he was also known as “the life of the party” and lived bigger than life.

Scott enjoyed all things outdoors, sports of any kind, wine making, creating culinary works of art, and most of all spending time with his family and friends. His family was the most important and joyous part of his life. He never failed to tell anyone how proud he was of how his life turned out. He was an avid Mississippi State fan. He enjoyed coaching his daughters, son and nephew’s softball, baseball, and football teams. He was the ideal father and husband everyone was envious to have.

A memorial service to honor the life of Scott will be announced at a later date due to the nationwide pandemic.
