Kenneth Hooper (73) passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020 at his home in Rienzi. He was a member of Greater Life Pentecostal Church. He enjoyed playing the guitar and harmonica, fishing, gardening, carpentry work, painting, preaching and Bible studies. He thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his wife, Shirley.

Graveside services will be 3 pm Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at Hinkle Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Tommy Callahan officiating.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 52 years, Shirley Hooper of Rienzi; his sons, Tony Hooper (Kimberly) of Amory and Kayleb Hooper of Blue Springs; his daughters, Polly Hooper of Rienzi and Robin Hooper Eaton (Marshall) of Rienzi; his twin brother, Jerry Hooper (Eulene) of Jacinto; his brother-in-law and special friend, Charlie Gene Lambert; his grandchildren, Madison Hooper Weathers (Zack), Olivia Hooper (Wesley), Avery Hooper, Kelsie McKee, Kylie Carroll, Shannon Estes (Laif) and Tosha Nowlin and his great-grandchildren, Max Eaton, Andrew Sisco, Rachel Eaton, Levi Kenneth Grooms and Ariel Shockome.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis and Lucille Hooper; his brother, Larry Hooper; his sister, Betty Lambert and his daughter, Judy Nowlin.

Pallbearers are; Marshall Grooms, Scotty Knight, Kayleb Hooper, Max Eaton, Jake Garrett, Kendall Frazier and Bradley Hooper.
