PONTOTOC – Bobby Leland Taylor, 87, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at Sunshine Health Care-Pontotoc, MS. He was a member of Troy First Baptist Church. He worked in construction until he became disabled. He enjoyed fishing, working in the garden, and in his younger years loved coaching softball.
He is survived by his five sons, Mike Taylor, Ricky Taylor(Teresa), Tommy Taylor(Wanda), Jimmy Taylor, and Timmy Taylor(Lisa); ten grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Norma Taylor; daughter, Kathy; a grandson; a great granddaughter; and his parents.
A private family service will be Friday, May 15, 2020 at 2PM at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc with Bro. Brock McWhirter officiating. Burial will follow in Eddington Cemetery.
