James Nathaniel Wooley (80) passed away Sunday May 17, 2020 at Longwood Nursing Facility in Booneville. He was born October 21, 1939 to the late James Hollis and Laura Edith Mills Wooley. James owned and managed many different restaurants in North Mississippi. He was loved and respected by his employees and his customers. Of his many achievements, he, most of all, would want to be remembered for his love of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He became a Christian in 1989 . From that time he served the Lord by singing, teaching Sunday School and preaching the Gospel.

Services will be 2 pm Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Concord Baptist Church with Bro. Andrew Mauney, Bro. Dewayne Morgan and Roy Wooley officiating. Burial will be in the Concord Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Monday at the church.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, 11 months, Brenda Bullock Wooley; his sons, Jeff Wooley (Sue) of Springfield, MO, Christopher Wooley (Amber) of Caledonia, Ronnie Jordan of Sherman and Ricky Jordan (Kelly Craig Bullock) of Ripley; his daughters, Jenny Wooley Camp (Tim Jones) of Southaven and Rhonda Jordan Barnes (Brian) of Ripley; his grandchildren, Melody Carroll, Blake Sanders (Lorie), Chad Wooley (Katie), Jenna Wooley Hebert (Andrew), Lily Kate Camp, Julia Roberson, Samantha Barnes Butler (Houston), Kayla Barnes Mauney (Andrew), Keagan Barnes, Carmen Wooley, Shaylee Wooley, Craig Bullock, Kate Bullock and Aspen Pharr; 11 grandchildren; his brother, Roy Wooley (Beverly) of Tupelo, his sister, Gennett Hicks of Belden; his sister-in-law, Linda Meeks (Buddy) of Blue Mountain and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Teresa Woolbright; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Henderson and Inez Bullock and his brother-in-laws, Jackie Bullock and John Hicks.
